Questions and Concerns re Obama’s “Deportation Relief” for Dreamers
1) “No good” attorneys who use this as an opportunity to take advantage of folks to make money.
2) Is this new law full protection? Under what circumstances does it not protect someone who is eligible?
3) What happens to the non-qualifying families related to qualified individuals? Do they become at risk because their family member came out of the shadows?
4) What happens after qualifying individual becomes older than the ineligible age of 30 and older? Do they lose their ability to renew their work permits? Do they then become deportable?
5) What happens if a new administration changes the executive order?
